Ingredients:
500g Ragi flour
400g grated jaggery100g cahewnut powder
100g dry dates powder
100g dry coconut powder
250g ghee
2tsp cardomom powder
- Fry cashewnut powder in little ghee.
- Take all the ingredients except ghee in a bowl,mix well.
- Now add ghee little by little and mix well.
- Healthy powder is ready to use.
- This can be stored in air tight container for 1 month.
