Kale and beans Curry


Ingreients;
Kale 200g
Mixed beans 1tin(400g)
Tomatoes 2(chopped)
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Oil 1Itbsp

Procedure;
1.Chop the kale as finely as possible removing the stalks and hard parts.
2.Heat a pan ad oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves.If you like extra spice add red chillies also.
3.Now add drained mixed beans(which are already cooked) fry for 2 min with turmeric powder.
4.Now add tomatoes,kale ,little salt an mi everything.
5.let it cook for few min with pan closed with lid
6.When the leaves wilted add red chilli powder and cook for another few min.
7.Check the seasoning and turn off flame.
6.Serve with  rice.

Ingredients:
New potatoes 4(halved)
cherry tomatoes handful
Mushrooms handful
Spinach handful
Garlic finely chopped
Parsley or coriander leaves handful(chopped)
olive oil
Salt
Pepper powder
Avocado slices
Bread of your choice

Procedure;
1.Heat a pan pour oil,potatoes.fry them on medium flame for 5 minutes until slightly browned.
2.Add tomatoes and mushrooms,garlic and cook for another few min.
3.Now a chopped spinach and parsley,salt,pepper and cook until leaves wilt.
4.Serve with bread and avocado.
