Simple Cauliflower Fry

Ingredients:

Cauliflower(medium size)
2 onions
1tsp Red chilli powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp cumin seeds
2tsp dry coconut powder
1 sprig curry leaves
1tsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt
Oil

  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets and soak them in salted water for sometime.
  • Later wash them and boil them in little water.
  • Heat oil ina pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  • Now add onions and fry them.Add turmeric powder mix well and put on lid and cook for sometime..
  • Now add red chilli powder and salt and cook for another 2,3 minutes with lid on.
  • Now add coconut powder, coriander leaves , mix  well and let it fry for another 3 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and serve with plain rice.
