Ingredients
300g potatoes(baby potatoes)
2 medium onions
2 tomatoes
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1tbsp red chilli powder
1tbsp garam masala powder
2 bayleaves

1tbsp poppy seeds
2tbsp coconut powder(fresh coconut)
few cashewnuts
Preparations

Preparations
- boil potatoes,peel the skin and half them.
- finely chop onions and tomatoes
- powder the ingredients under paste and then add water little by little to grind them to a fine paste.
Procedure:
- heat oil in a pan add bay leaves,onions and let them fry.
- Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes,turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder and salt.Mix them and let them cook until tomatoes becomes soft with closed lid.
- Add little water if required in between so the it don't get burned out.
- Now add garam masala powder and prepared cashew paste.Mix everything with little water.Close the lid and let it cook until oil oozes out.
