Ingredients
Salad:
Chickpeas 400g(cooked,use the small variety)
1/2 pomegranate seeds
1cm Ginger(chop finely)
1/2 onion(thinly slice)
1/4 red pepper(thinly slice)
1 spring onion(chop finely)
Dressing:
1 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp chopped mint leaves
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
Procedure::
1.Mix all the ingredients under salad in a bowl
2.Mix all the ingredients under dressing in another bowl.
3.Now mix all of them in a big bowl ans check the seasoning,if needed add little more.
4.Serve this totlly nutritious salad straighaway or after a while in the fridge.
