Ingredients:
2 cups atukulu(poha)
1/2 cup desiccated coconut powder
2/3cup Jagerry(adjust to your taste)
1/4tsp cardomom powder
10 cashew nuts/Almonds
8 raisins
1tbsp Ghee
Milk as needed.
Preparations:
1.cut cashews/Almonds.
2.Grate jaggery(if you are not sure if your jaggery might have sand melt it in less water and strain and use)
Procedure:
1.Dry roast poha and coconut powder separately until poha is crisp and coconut changes to light brown colour.
2.Now powder poha after it cools down.
3.Mix the poha powder, coconut powder, grated jaggery(jaggery water)
4.Fry cashews and Raisins in butter and add to bowl.
5.let it cool a little bit and start making ladoo.(wet your fingers with milk if the mixture is too hot to make ladoo).
6.Crisp and sweet ladoos are ready to eat.
7,It comes around 14 small ladoos with 2cups poha.
